we were given an a double room on arrival, it was new-fashioned. the location was unbeatable and particularly good, in a neighborhood that does n't look very good with easy access to small markets and a market.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The rooftop area provided a lovely space to relax and unwind. The restaurant on the premises served delicious food at reasonable prices. The size of our room was spacious and comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I liked absolutely gorgeous and clean rooms and great staff. Absolutely perfect and marvellous location near everything was a plus. It was also not far from the beach club and Cancun and restaurants.

Perfect and exceptionally nice location right by the 5th Ave tourist strip and the centre and fifth avenue, could not be better. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. The staff were really helpful and genuinely helpful and the design was modern.

Outstanding overall experience. Stunningly beautiful hotel with modern rooms and NICE view of the sea. Perfect location in Playa del Carmen just next door to Martina beach club, the 5th Ave tourist strip and seclude enough. Also, close to Ado station. Lots of great options for meal.
